Is God calling you to develop an enthusiastic ministry across a multi-campus school, working with children from Kindergarten to ¿á°®³ÉÈËÍø 12? Do you seek to be involved in the transformation of young people as they engage with stories from the Bible and their own faith journey?
A rare opportunity exists at Frederick Irwin ¿á°®³ÉÈËÍø School in Mandurah for a lively, enthusiastic, relationship focused, Christian educator for the role of Religious Studies Teacher / Assistant School Chaplain. Working with our School Chaplain across our multi-campus school, you will share responsibility for developing the faith of our 1700 students. Your ministry is student focused, helping our School community to develop their understanding of, and engage with, our ¿á°®³ÉÈËÍø identity and Christian Worldview through Word, faith and life. This is all supported through carefully developed resources through the ¿á°®³ÉÈËÍø Schools Commission Religious Studies Curriculum.
You will be required to: - Teach and develop a ministry amongst our Secondary School.
- Work collaboratively with the School Chaplain and pastoral teams.
- Conduct worship services in collaboration with students across both Primary Schools.
- Develop and run co-curricular youth groups and clubs.
- Teach approximately 0.5-0.6 FTE Christian Studies in Secondary School. The curriculum is based on the ASC Christian Studies programme
- Attend residential camps and activities, at times overnight.

A rare opportunity exists at Frederick Irwin ¿á°®³ÉÈËÍø School in Mandurah for a highly organised, enthusiastic, relationship focused professional for the role of School Operations Officer. This is a critical role in supporting the smooth operations of a multi-campus, co-educational K-12 School. You will have excellent communication skills, be customer service focused, collaborative, able to use initiative and work unsupervised. Reporting to the Business Manager and working with the Principal, Heads of School and Deputies you will collaborate to ensure the smooth running of the operations of the school.
Working conditions
Ability to work from 6.30am – 2.30pm Monday – Friday
School phone is provided and flexibility to work from home from 6.30am – 10.00am
The role will be 46 weeks per annum
This role will commence mid-January 2024 or by negotiation.
